EnvironmentalNES Fircroft are delighted to be representing a leading Oil & Gas operator who are recruiting for a key position on one of their major projects.
The service holder is responsible for the Subsea activities - Flexible SPS sub (25%) / UFR (75%) and for coordinating all EPC Contractors / Sub-contractor HSE activities, in particular the preparation and execution phase of subsea installation, considering Project’s HSE objectives, personnel safety, respect for the environment and COMPANY’s reputation.
The service holder will be reporting to the UFR and the SPS/Flexible package Managers and to the HSE Manager as Metier manager.
The Service Provider will ensure that HSE contractual requirements and the implementation/compliance to HSE documentation are duly applied by EPC Contractors and its Sub-Contractors and enforce HSE execution decisions/directions taken by the Project H3SE Manager, together with liaising/reporting with the Project H3SE Manager.
Making sure follow-up of Contractor’s HSE site activities and performances through Contractor HSE site reporting and the HSE Superintendents reporting, are executed in timely manners.
Liaising with Package Managers regarding HSE areas of concerns, problems encountered in the implementation of HSE both by Company teams and Contractors, the provider will also be responsible for the development and deployment of the Safety Culture on each package in a streamlined approach with EPC Contractors.
Main Duties as per following, but will not be limited to:
• Support H3SE Manager and Package managers on Project execution phase preparation; and later onto participate to the execution phase.
• Participate, as required, in the performance of HSE reviews and risks assessments.
• Consolidate HSE reporting data at package level in a streamlined approach between Company HSE method lead and EPC Contractor HSE personnel.
• Develop, as required, additional Project HSE procedures/instructions at package level.
• Ensure full site compliance to the Project HSE Management System in construction worksites and at site.
• Participate, as required, in Project HSE Management System updates (Policy, Plans and Procedures).
• Ensure, that the Contractor is enforcing his contractual commitments, is implementing properly his Contract HSE Plan and Objectives, is safely, properly and timely performing his activities as per Company specifications, design and codes.
• Assist the Package Managers in the resolution of their HSE areas of concern.
• Participate to regular HSE and/or Progress and/or specific HSE meetings within packages and on site
• Regularly participate to HSE site audits / visits / tours.
• Participate in investigations of significant HSE anomalies, incidents or accidents.
• Review and ensure quality/comprehensiveness of associated audit reports and to follow-up implementation of relevant corrective action plans in a timely manner
• Consolidate package Internal HSE weekly reports and to issue site HSE weekly / monthly HSE Report sat management level
