Key Job Accountabilities [JPN2]
1.Provides expertise for assessing spare parts capacity and operating supplies requirements of the project.
2.Assist materials team by liaising with OPCO for the list of materials required.
3.Cataloging and preparing spares material database for uploading to SAP-Materials Modules as part of Spares & Operating Supplies Team (SOST)
4.Inspecting materials received in warehouse to obtain additional/improved descriptions and latest Parts numbers.
5.Review Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) for procedural correctness.
6.Research, retrieve the missing or incomplete information to meet Company standards.
7.Review the created item for the improvements of buying texts during procurement process or warehouse inspection stage.
8.Cross checks existing SAP records and inventory for duplication including the use of Spares and SAP search functionalities.
9.Update RSPL and Project Material Master Form with comprehensive Technical Buying Description.
10.Adhere to all Company safety, health, environmental and security procedures, rules and regulation.

Qualifications 

Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience
•Good SAP knowledge and in MM modules.
•Minimum of Eight (8) years’ experience in materials management, mainly in Oil and Gas industryTechnical and Business Skills • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Work Location - Onshore (Ras Laffan/Doha HQ)
