Our client in Oil and Gas company are looking for Legal Counsel.

Requirement

• LL. B and LL.M (preferable) degrees in Law with studies related to Corporate Law and the Oil and Gas industry. 
• A minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry as a lawyer or corporate legal counsel with international experience/background
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of industry contracts, regulatory frameworks and risk management.
• Ability to work independently and provide strategic legal advice.
