HR Advisor – International Team
 
Contract period: ASAP - 3 months with possible extension
Location: Tananger

Main Tasks:

• To advise in personnel-related queries for international personnel.
• Guide and support managers regarding personnel cases.
• To give advice to managers regarding work and immigration laws.
• Maintain personnel data in our HR System.
• To be the driving force in developing and improving HR processes.
• Assist with applications for Residence permits, visas and international taxation.

Qualifications:

• Broad knowledge and experience with international cases (in and out of Norway).
• Extensive knowledge of public regulations and tariff agreements. 
• Experience with UDI and central tax office of foreign affairs’ laws and regulations. 
• Degree within Human Resources is favourable.
• Minimum of 5 years experiences within HR related work.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written. 
• Good communication and team-working skills and should be able to work solitary and in a team. 
• Be flexible, approachable and have a service minded attitude.
• Be structured, reliable and handle a high work pace.
• The position requires that you champion the Company's HSE procedures.
