We are seeking a HR Service Delivery Manager for our Barcelona (Cornellà) office.
Their objective will be to: Lead the coordination of the workforce administration, HRSD, international mobility, and labor relations teams. Their mission will be to ensure efficient human resources management and promote a positive and productive work environment.

We are seeking a HR Service Delivery Manager for our Barcelona (Cornellà) office.
Their objective will be to: Lead the coordination of the workforce administration, HRSD, international mobility, and labor relations teams. Their mission will be to ensure efficient human resources management and promote a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Team Coordination:
- Supervise and lead a team dedicated to labor administration, international mobility, and labor relations.
- Manage/lead T.EN Group projects related to HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
- Lead a four-person team, setting goals and providing guidance to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.
Labor Administration:
- Lead processes related to recruitment, payroll, benefits, and professional development in a timely and quality manner.
- Manage team guidelines to ensure compliance with labor and human resources regulations.
International Mobility:
- Make decisions regarding the international mobility of employees, ensuring a smooth process and compliance with local and international regulations.
Development of Policies and Procedures:
- Collaborate in the development and updating of human resources policies, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Establish efficient and consistent procedures for personnel management.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in human resources management roles, preferably in international environments.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international labor regulations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- English proficiency (minimum B2). Fluent in French will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
