Maintenance ManagerWe’re seeking a skilled Non-Routine Turnaround Planner (Rotating) to join our client’s team in the Edmonton/Fort Saskatchewan area on a contract basis. If you have a strong background in rotating equipment maintenance planning, are a Journeyman Millwright, and thrive in high-paced turnaround environments, this opportunity may be for you!
Contract Duration: 6-12 months (potential extension)
Work Model: Hybrid (remote Mondays, on-site Tuesday-Thursday; full-time on-site during TA execution)

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Plan and schedule maintenance for rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines)
🔹 Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and procurement strategies for turnaround execution
🔹 Work closely with execution teams, field planners, and schedulers to optimize work strategies
🔹 Utilize Primavera (P6), SAP, and Microsoft Suite for scheduling and resource allocation
🔹 Ensure compliance with turnaround planning processes and cost-effective execution
🔹 Act as a WLR/FCN and As-Found planner during turnaround execution
What You Bring to the Team:
✔ Journeyman Millwright Certification is required
✔ 5 years of industry experience in Project & Turnaround Planning
✔ Trade Certification or Technical Education
✔ Strong proficiency in SAP, Primavera (P6), and Microsoft Suite
✔ Excellent planning, scheduling, and execution coordination skills
✔ Local candidates to Edmonton/Fort Saskatchewan preferred due to hybrid work requirements
✔ Be legally entitled to work in Canada (i.e., Canadian citizenship, permanent residency)
✔ Hold a valid and clean driver’s license
