- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future roles
- Lead and innovate sourcing strategies
- Focus on identifying and recruiting senior-level executives
- Cultivate and manage relationships with educational institutions, job boards, and HR technology providers
- Execute both online and offline employer branding initiatives
- Plan and manage the annual recruitment budget
- Oversee the entire candidate journey, from application to interview and communication
- Anticipate hiring needs in alignment with business growth objectives
- Supervise, mentor, and assess the recruitment team
- Organize and participate in recruitment events to enhance company visibility
- Build a network of potential candidates, including past applicants and referrals
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as hiring sources and time-to-hire
- Experience in recruiting senior executives
- Proven track record in a senior recruitment role
- Extensive experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and employer branding projects
- Strong knowledge of sourcing methods and tools, including social media platforms
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Effective team leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building long-term relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
