O&M Contracts Lead – Offshore Wind (Paris, France)

Our client, a major player in the renewable energy sector, is seeking an experienced O&M Contracts Lead to support key offshore wind projects in Germany. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development of sustainable energy infrastructure across Europe.

🔧 Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate Contract & Procurement (C&P) activities for all O&M-related scopes including:
  
  • Operational Readiness and Asset Management
  • WTG and Balance of Plant (BoP) O&M Services
  • SOV/CTV vessels and operational logistics
  • Facilities management and O&M base setup
• Develop contracting strategies and prepare tendering documentation.
• Oversee robust prequalification, tender evaluation, and supplier selection processes.
• Support internal approvals, draft contract documentation, and ensure governance compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, track contract performance, manage claims, and coordinate Service Quality Meetings.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement and support financial estimations (Capex/Opex).
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and procurement departments.

🛠️ What You’ll Need:

• Solid experience in Contracts & Procurement, ideally in the energy or offshore wind sector.
• Strong background in tendering, compliance, and supplier due diligence.
• Proficiency in procurement tools: Ariba, ERP (MBC), Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate across multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English; French and German are a plus.
• Willingness to travel between Paris and key project sites in Hamburg/Berlin.
