Planner I
We are looking for a Planner I for one of our clients with the following details:

ACTIVITIES
- Ensure the specific COMPANY HSE procedures are adhered to at all times when preparing plans.
- Review Synergy / Downgraded Situation (DGS) actions are well prioritized in the planning.
- Participate in the development, maintenance, monitoring and control of the Maintenance and Inspection
- Department's Plans 2 year, 4 months and 5 weeks plans ensuring that activities are optimized and integrated into the Business Plan and IOP process.
- Interface closely with the OC Planners, IOP Planners M&I stake holders and COMPANY Departmental Planners ensuring a consistent and smooth transition of information and integration of plans.
- Develop maintain, monitor and control the offshore execution plans for offshore entities, maintenance inspection, mechanical, electrical and instrument and reliability.
- Prepare and monitor monthly planning and shared resources KPI; drive stakeholders' meetings for planning improving ensuring business targets are met
- Analyze Maintenance and inspection including Marine, Mechanical, electrical and instrument plans prepare optimizations strategies and scenarios for the next 2-year window while taking account of all the constraints, resource optimization and ensuring the COMPANY business and targets are met.
- Support M&I meetings necessary for decision-making and to reconcile any clashes with M&I entities plans and any plan optimization
- Monitor, Challenge and provide feedback on the department's readiness to execute planned scope with the aim of ensuring preparedness.
- Support all vendor activities approve TRF Mobilizations, ensuring they are adequately planned in a safe and timely manner; all interventions are controlled by authorized persons and satisfy statutory / COMPANY standards.
- Visit Offshore Sites where possible to maintain good relations and ensure information flow is maintained efficiently.
- All staff must be willing to participate in Crisis Response Training and to assist during Emergency Response Situations if required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree or industry recognized technical qualifications
- Min 2 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry with awareness of plant maintenance, operations and planning
- Familiarity with project planning
- Ability to work pro-actively under own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Culturally aware and able to operate in a multi-cultural environment.
- Versatile, resilient and able to interact effectively with peers and Managers on a daily basis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English)
- Preferably experience in Primavera & SAP.
- Excellent experience and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
