Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of infrastructure and automation projects, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to drive integration and efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and resource allocation.
• Provide strategic direction for technology adoption and innovation.
• Mentor and guide emerging Project Managers, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Support the Portfolio Delivery Manager in broader program initiatives.

 
Experience

• 10 years of experience in programme/project management within mining or technology sectors.
• Proven track record in delivering technology programs of work.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in budgeting, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with emerging mining technologies and automation solutions.
