We are looking for a Contract Workforce Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Onshore, Doha, Qatar

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Work Status: Residential

Qualification and Experience Required:

• BSc Degree in Science, Human Resources or Commercial field or equivalent
• International Experience Requirement: Yes
• At least 5+ years' experience in an operational recruitment and/or contracts role
• Professional experience: 5 years post-graduate experience in his/her field and the O&G industry

C&P tools competencies

• C&P (SAP, GEP, MPP, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel (Advanced level), Power Point) etc.
• Good writing skills, communication skills
• Soft Skills: team player, detailed with focus on quality of the work produced, good communication skills, proactive approach for problem solving, critical thinking, analytical skills

Accountabilities

• Contract Engineer TAS is accountable for the mobilization of contracted personnel in accordance with the Company policies and guidelines to mobilize high caliber personnel in accordance with the right market rates to ensure safe and effective delivery of project production's objectives in accordance with the Recruitment plan
• To produce contractual documents according to company procedures and ethics
• To provide a quality, cost-effective and time efficient contracts service to Partners' Entities
• To participate in the optimization of the economic performance of the operations conducted in the Company
