We have a current opportunity for a Corporate Maintenance Planner on a permanent basis. The position will be based in the North West of Washington State, with a leading renewables manufacturing company.

Position Summary
The Corporate Maintenance Planner coordinates and optimizes maintenance activities across multiple sites. This role implements preventative maintenance plans, improves communication between maintenance and operations, and drives continuous improvement to boost equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement PMs for new equipment and integrate them into CMMS.
  • Scope work orders, estimating labor, tools, and resources.
  • Standardize and schedule PM plans aligned with company goals across all sites.
  • Serve as primary liaison between maintenance and operations.
  • Ensure timely, efficient, and quality service for all internal maintenance stakeholders.
  • Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce MTBF and minimize production impact.
  • Support sites in setting maintenance team goals and consolidating spare parts inventory.
  • Lead global CMMS updates and act as administrator for all changes.
  • Provide ongoing CMMS training to all sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement of PM tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with controlled document processes.
  • Manage maintenance records across all locations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards on key KPIs (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, PM Completion, Availability).
Additional Requirements
  • Willing to travel 20% across Canada and the U.S.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years in maintenance planning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $78,000–$82,000/year DOE
