Position summary

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our Project Management Office (PMO). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and cost control while contributing to the monitoring of projects financial performance in a multicultural environment.

Accountabilities

In this role the applicant will administrate projects and will report to the Head of Cost in Rely.

Heres the updated list of accountabilities for the internship:

• Help in setting up projects for Rely entities worldwide.
• Support on internal contracts management related to projects in operation with TEN operating centers.
• Manage access rights on projects codes in ERP.
• Provide support on Cost tools for projects.
• Support in invoicing: creation, sending, reception, payment status.
• Provide support to Lead Cost Controllers on projects in operation with TEN operating centers.
• Will participate in preparation and update of reports.
• Support in governance and monitoring of R&D activities.

Role Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 1 first experience in a company is required
• Confirmed experience (ideally 1 year minimum or internship) in the Engineering & Construction Industry within project environment is a plus.
• Rigorous, Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team worker and able to chair meetings within multi-cultural teams and Clients.
• Establish good relationships and cooperation with colleagues in the project team.
• Professional English.
