We are currently seeking a Domain Tech Lead, reporting directly to O&M Platform Domain Manager to join our Digital for Business Lines team based in Nanterre, France.

About the opportunity we offer:

The Domain Tech Lead will have following responsibilities:

The mission would be : To lead data-driven technological initiatives within the Digital for Business Lines and Technology & Innovation domain, ensuring the design, development, and maintenance of data solutions that meet the organization's needs

• Support product leads in leveraging data to drive product development and innovation.
• Design and implement robust and scalable data architectures.
• Oversee the integration of data solutions with existing systems.
• Collaborate with Digiteam, Business lines and clients to align data solution capabilities with business needs.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Lead the technical team in developing and maintaining data pipelines.
• Conduct regular assessments of data systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of data architectures and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure the competitiveness of data solutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for data solution enhancements and support.

Qualifications: Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.

Work experience: Minimum of 6 years in data architecture or a related field.

Languages:English at a proficient level

• Strong experience in data architecture and engineering: Proven track record in designing and implementing data architecture and systems that can scale to meet growing demands while maintaining high availability and performance.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies and data infrastructures: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, including knowledge of cloud-native services and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security best practices: Understanding security principles and practices, with the ability to implement secure solutions and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Experience with IoT technologies: Familiarity with Internet of Things (IoT) platforms and devices, and the ability to integrate IoT solutions into data systems.
• Experience with AI and machine learning: Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application in data-driven solutions.
• Experience with data analytics platforms: Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms such as Dataiku or similar tools for data analysis, machine learning, and data pipeline development.

Nice to have:

• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Agile methodology : Scrum or SAFe
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
