As Tendering Manager, you will participate in the development of pre-qualification and proposal responses as required, following the Tendering Process within our organization. You will be working with key support groups including our Commercial (Sales), Contracts/ Legal, Finance/Tax, Estimating, Project Management and Technical disciplines, to produce a winning proposition for our clients.

About the Job
As Tendering Manager, you will participate in the development of pre-qualification and proposal responses as required, following the Tendering Process within our organization. You will be working with key support groups including our Commercial (Sales), Contracts/ Legal, Finance/Tax, Estimating, Project Management and Technical disciplines, to produce a winning proposition for our clients.
- Collaborating with the assigned Commercial Team, you will support the development of the proposal consistent with our win strategy and value proposition.
- You will also ensure that the tendering team follows required tendering processes and ensure close, efficient collaboration with all Sales Leads and other tendering stakeholders.
- Additionally, you will ensure the development of high-quality proposal documents, ensure compliance to client ITB requirements, and maintain records / documentation of work and revisions.
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for performance & development of tendering team members and support performance management in-line with the required competencies of each position. You will also provide feedback to the team members and develop their competency level consistent with practices of our People & Culture team.
- Additionally, you will identify improvement areas & implement along with Training & Development of team members.

About You
Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
Qualifications:
- As a minimum, overall professional experience of 15 years, out of which at least 5 years of tendering experience, ideally within the oil and gas industry, energy transition fields and / or with a Process Technology provider (Preferably in a similar Role).
- Fluent in English
- Spanish or other languages will be a plus.
- Proven understanding of Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Our Tendering Manager will have:
- Personal drive to identify, analyze and propose solutions to problems in a constructive and positive manner and a willingness to challenge to enhance quality and presentation of input received from authors in the commercial team.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, able to drive a team through the proposals process while maintaining the schedule in line with business priorities.
- Effective communication skills particularly in writing clearly and concisely with impact and meaning.
- Capability to achieve tight deadlines, even if the situation changes.
- Ability to work on larger, more complex proposals with multiple offices including working with potential consortium / joint venture partners.
