Job Purpose:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical/Piping) for our CAT III GTG Project. This role will act as the quality focal point, ensuring full QA/QC compliance throughout project execution phases—from FEED to final handover—interfacing closely with EPC contractors, stakeholders, and sub-contractors.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA/QC verification during FEED, procurement, and construction phases.

Review and assess EPC deliverables including ITPs, PQPs, WPS, WQT, and related documents.

Coordinate inspections and third-party verifications.

Conduct Pre-Inspection Meetings and lead project QA/QC metrics reporting.

Manage NCRs and propose corrective actions.

Oversee punch list activities and ensure readiness for mechanical acceptance.

Contribute to audits and quality assessments.

Uphold COMPANY health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector (or equivalent).

NDT Level II certification in RT, MPT, DPT, VT, and UT.

ISO 9001:2015 Internal/Lead Auditor certification (IRCA or equivalent).

Preferred: API SIRE Source Inspector for Rotating Equipment.
Experience:

Minimum 10 years in oil and gas (brownfield/greenfield), LNG facilities, and shutdowns.

5+ years working with rotating equipment (e.g., gas turbines, compressors).

Familiarity with API standards: API 616, API 613, API 614, etc.

Hands-on experience in source inspection, welding, and QA/QC in EPC projects.

Strong leadership in managing multi-discipline inspection teams.
