We’re hiring a Project Director. Pipeline to lead a major gas infrastructure project in Kazakhstan. This is a senior leadership role for a Kazakh national with a strong track record in managing complex, large-scale pipeline developments.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee the full lifecycle of a cross-country gas pipeline project exceeding 400 km in length.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, local and international contractors, and project partners.
• Ensure alignment with national laws, permitting processes, and environmental regulations.
• Engage proactively with government bodies, communities, and regional stakeholders.
• Drive project delivery with a focus on safety, efficiency, quality, and long-term impact.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven leadership in delivering large-diameter, long-distance pipeline projects.
• Deep understanding of Kazakhstan’s regulatory landscape and energy sector.
• Strong connections within the region’s business and governmental networks.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and solve problems at scale.
• Engineering or technical background; relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
