We are currently seeking an Estimating Product Analyst - Global Estimating Tool reporting directly to Digital Transformation Manager for Estimating Scope to join our Estimating team based in Nanterre, Paris, France.

About the role:

EVA (Estimating Value Assistant) is the Global Estimating Tool which is a critical application developed by T.EN to support and optimize the estimating process for Tender / Proposals & Contracts / Projects. It is designed to standardize, centralize, and enhance cost estimation activities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and traceability across T.EN Business Projects. EVA plays a vital role in decision-making and financial forecasting, making it a strategic tool for the company.

Given its importance, EVA contains highly confidential data, requiring a robust and responsive support structure to ensure smooth operations. The Estimating Product Analyst role is essential to ensure the successful execution of Global Estimating Tool during both the build and run phases, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Cost Estimating activities.

  • Product Development
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define project scope, objectives, and requirements
  • Clarify requirements and ensure the team understands the desired outcomes
  • Prioritize and refine backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner, assuring that user stories are ready for upcoming sprints
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, poker planning, and feedback sessions)
  • Collect, analyse, and manage feedback and business needs from stakeholders and users to continuously improve the Global Estimating Tool
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing to ensure the product meets the specified requirements and user expectations
  • Track the performance, usage, and adoption of the Global Estimating Tool
  • Maintain and manage documentation & material support to ensure accessibility and accuracy


  • Project Management
  • Manage, update, communicate evolving requirements and feature development throughout the Global Estimating Tool life cycle
  • Provide clarifications and assistance throughout the project lifecycle (User Stories creation during build / run, BI requirements, ServiceNow tickets, bugs reproduction, issues resolve)
  • Create and evaluate visual representations of data to communicate findings effectively and make strategic decisions based on insights
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, status reports and key performance indicators for SteerCo and other stakeholders (Business Data Domain Owner, Product Owner) to provide updates and insights on Global Estimating Tool.


  • Collaboration & Governance
  • Work closely with Business, DigiTeam, and EVA Product stakeholders
  • Support L1 tool local support, L2 tool global support, data steward and development team
  • Provide regular reports on business activity and KPIs

Experiences in projects, previous jobs:
  • Education: Degree in Estimating/Engineering and IT or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst in Oil&Gas projects environment.
  • Ability to document processes and create user-friendly support materials.
  • Familiarity with software deployment processes and system updates.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Experience in troubleshooting application performance issues and identifying root causes.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple teams (business, IT, security) to ensure seamless application support.
  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
  • Problem-solving, conflict-resolution and decision-making skills in a multi-team context.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Experience in project management, specifically with Agile methodologies.
  • Language: Read / Write / Comprehend / Speak English.
