Zweck der Rolle:
In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Abschlüssen, steuerst interne und externe Abstimmungen und trägst aktiv zur Optimierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse bei. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Finanzdaten zuverlässig, präzise und regelkonform sind und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens.
Verantwortungsbereiche, Zuständigkeiten und Kompetenzen:
• Verantwortung übernehmen: Übernimm die Verantwortung für das Rechnungswesen, die Buchführung und das Konzern-Reporting – und trage aktiv dazu bei, dass unsere Finanzdaten präzise und verlässlich bleiben.
• Erstellen von Abschlüsse: Erstelle Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS, führe Intercompany-Abstimmungen durch und kümmere dich um statistische Meldungen.
• Expertenkontakt: Sei Ansprechpartner für unsere Wirtschaftsprüfer und sorge für einen reibungslosen Austausch.
• Prozesse optimieren: Kontrolliere, unterstütze und entwickle unsere bestehenden Buchhaltungsprozesse weiter, um Effizienz und Compliance kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Kritische Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen, Erfahrungen usw.:
• Fundiertes Fachwissen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhalter.
• Erfahrung in der Praxis: Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung durch mehrjährige Berufspraxis sowie routinierter Umgang mit einem gängigen ERP-System (SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert).
• Analytisches Denken: Eine selbstständige, präzise Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität gepaart mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe.
• Kommunikation und Teamgeist: Ein hohes Maß an Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie souveräner Umgang mit Wirtschaftsprüfern.

Purpose of Role:
In this role, you will take responsibility for the preparation of financial statements, manage internal and external reconciliations and actively contribute to the optimisation of accounting processes. You will ensure that our financial data is reliable, precise and compliant and thus make an important contribution to the further development of our company.
Responsibilities:
• Take responsibility: Take responsibility for accounting, bookkeeping and group reporting – and actively contribute to ensuring that our financial data remains accurate and reliable.
• Preparation of financial statements: Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS, carry out intercompany reconciliations and take care of statistical reports.
• Expert contact: Be the contact person for our auditors and ensure a smooth exchange.
• Streamline processes: Control, support, and evolve our existing accounting processes to continuously improve efficiency and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Well-founded specialist knowledge: Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, supplemented by further training as a financial or balance sheet accountant.
• Experience in practice: Sound knowledge and experience in accounting through several years of professional experience as well as routine handling of a common ERP system (SAP knowledge desirable).
• Analytical thinking: An independent, precise way of working and a pronounced affinity for numbers paired with a quick grasp of things.
• Communication and team spirit: A high degree of teamwork and communication skills as well as confident handling of auditors.
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Compliance with and exemplification of our HSEQ standards and guidelines is a matter of course for you
