About the Job
As Project Manager you will be accountable for timely project delivery and Profit & Loss by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction. You will directly supervise engineering, product project managers/package engineers (or managers), procurement, construction, commissioning, project control, finance, insurance, contract, QHSES, as well as clients, subcontractors, vendors, licensors, authorities, partners
WORK PERFORMED:
Ensure that the project is planned, organized and executed in accordance with the Business Management System

About the Job
As Project Manager you will be accountable for timely project delivery and Profit & Loss by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction. WORK PERFORMED:
Ensure that the project is planned, organized and executed in accordance with the Business Management System
- Ensures project execution within time, budget, and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes
- Builds and maintains relationship with customer and other stakeholders associated with the Project (partners, subcontractors, vendors ...). Serves as the single point of contact for the customer
- Creates a quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team
- Contribute to the quotation process and provides project management related information such as schedules and budgets
- Ensures timely internal and external reporting
- Manages, informs, and leads project team by setting and monitoring performance targets
- Contributes to people development by interfacing with project department and HR
- Guarantees achievement or improvement of Profit &Loss forecasts
- Ensures coordination of interfaces
- Ensures project execution and financial close out with appropriate feedback
About You
Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
- B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical preferred)
- Min. of 10 years experience in an engineering or engineering services role, experience should include a position in a project engineering role responsible for the P&L of the project
- Experience in Energy Transition and/or Technology business is a plus ( Green Technologies, Carbon capture, Sustainable Aviation Fuels, Ethylene, FCC, etc)
- Thorough understanding of typical E,EP,EPC scope of work for Eng projects in Chemical Process Industry
- Experience in typical FEL and Gated approach for project execution.
- It is expected that the relevant candidate is good at using standard MS office software, Smart Plant Review for day to day operations when needed
- Experience in PowerBI, digital dashboard tools is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of onshore projects, including relevant equipment, operations and services
- Ability to lead functional project teams and manages critical timelines with the goal to streamline and provide critical customer service
