Job Title: Project Control Manager

Project: Major Infrastructure Development – Government-led (PIF)

Job Summary:

 The role involves full lifecycle planning and control across schedule, cost, and risk dimensions, with strong interface to executive reporting and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the master project schedule using Primavera P6
• Track overall progress and performance (EVM, SPI, CPI)
• Coordinate the integration of time, cost, and risk data
• Oversee contractor schedules, look-ahead programs, and recovery plans
• Lead change control processes and time impact assessments
• Prepare progress dashboards and high-level executive reports
• Support BIM integration (4D/5D) for steel/modular erection planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in planning and project controls for large-scale projects
• Proven expertise in Primavera P6 or equivalent platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail
• Experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder projects in Europe and western countries
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
