SHES Division Manager (Safety Culture & Performance)

JOB PURPOSE:

The job purpose is to lead and support SHES initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. This includes fostering a positive safety culture, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with SHES standards and to provide expert safety, health, environment and security (SHES) advice and guidance. The role also involves effective communication and promoting worker wellbeing and competency.

Bachelors degree in sciences, safety, health, environment, security, or engineering


 12 years experience in SHES in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
 Recent (within the last five years) experience of HSE management on major projects FEED and EPC phases

Technical and Business Skills:

 Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
 Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
 Advanced knowledge of relevant SHES management systems and programs.
 A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
 Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications
