Job Overview
The Contract Manager is responsible for supporting and managing contracts for less complex projects or assisting Senior or Project Contract Managers on major projects, as well as supporting the Group Contract Management department.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of primary contracts.
• Ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of contract obligations.
• Track and enforce compliance with contract terms, address delays, and identify any potential issues.
• Promote commercial and contractual understanding within the Project Team throughout the project duration.
• Maintain thorough documentation and audit trails of all commercial and contract activities, including consistent commercial reporting.
• Provide ongoing contract-related feedback during the project lifecycle.
• Manage the guarantee or warranty period effectively.

Education Requirements
A degree or MBA in fields such as Business Management, Law, Construction Law, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
Experience Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of contract management experience, including expertise in EPCI and subcontractor management.
• Extensive knowledge of sales and lease contracts, as well as experience in negotiating contracts.
• Familiarity with project execution processes and interfaces.
