The Dive Technician Supervisor (DTS) is responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of all onboard diving and life support equipment. This role involves leading and supervising offshore dive technicians, while also managing the planning, execution, and coordination of mobilisation, demobilisation, and preservation activities for subsea diving systems and associated machinery.

The DTS is expected to bring advanced technical expertise, particularly in relation to mobile SAT systems, and should ideally have participated in multiple DESIGN audits for surface/saturation systems. A solid understanding of industry regulations (not limited to IMO Diving Code) and best practices (no limited to OGP, IMCA) is essential, along with hands-on experience with both classed and non-classed surface and saturation systems, including over-the-side configurations
incorporating HRC and LSP.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this position. The DTS will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across operations, engineering, logistics, procurement, marine, and third-party service providers, driving and company intent for continuous improvement and technical excellence.
