As an important member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for a variety of exciting responsibilities, including:
- Leading all HR functions: from recruitment and onboarding to training, policy development, employee retention, and performance management.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance.
- Offering HR generalist support and overseeing employee relations and workplace health and safety.
- Organising events, fostering team activities, and enhancing our corporate culture.
- Administrative tasks, including assisting the engineering team with client pre qualification and project compliance documentation.
- Manage workers compensation and Injury Management documentation.
- Provide direction and guidance
The Requirements:
- Proven HR experience
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- QHSE knowledge and experience.
