We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations across all business units within our organization. Reporting to the management team, this role requires a professional who excels at multitasking, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and is committed to continuous growth in their career as an administrative professional.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in administrative functions, intermediate to advanced proficiency in software applications, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, document preparation, and task coordination.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications.
• Manage internal and external correspondence, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
• Coordinate and maintain records, databases, and files to support operational requirements.
• Collaborate with teams across business units to streamline administrative processes and foster efficiency.
• Support timekeeping and tracking functions using SAP, KRONOS, or other relevant systems.
• Utilize SharePoint and other collaboration tools to manage workflows and projects effectively.
• Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed by the management team.
Qualifications
Academic Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Business or Administrative Assistant diploma/certification (or similar designation) is an asset.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) is essential.
• Experience with SAP and KRONOS or similar timekeeping/tracking systems is an asset.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and other employee collaboration tools is preferred.
Experience:
• 1-7 years of relevant office administration experience is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a long-term commitment to building a career as an administrative professional.
