Job Description: Customer Query Manager / Customer Service Representative.
Mission start date: Early January 2025
Duration: 12 months
Location: Aubervilliers, Building 270, 45 Avenue Victor Hugo Parc des Port de Paris 93300 Aubervilliers France
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 17:30
Lunch break: 1 hour per day
Approximately 1 month of initial training on site, then teleworking 2 days remotely (Monday - Tuesday) / 3 days on site (Wednesday - Friday).
The mission consists of:
-Be responsible for a customer portfolio (small businesses and communities)
-Administer orders and other requests by telephone, email and other internal tools.
- Creation of customer accounts via internal tools
-Simple dispute processing in SAP
-Management of a generic mailbox
-Quote request to send to customers
-Order to unlock and check prices
-Generic Oracle box management (customer requests to process)
Software used:
SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Outlook - Word - Excel, etc.
Excellent command of French, written and spoken
