Job Summary
Supports management and perform administrative work, document control and all tasks related to reception.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact.
- Assist with scanning and maintaining daily work orders or other documents as required.
- Create facility shared purchase orders.
- Maintain and order facility/ office supplies.
- Create and post information on communication and notice boards.
- Prepare regular scheduled reports for departments and facility.
- Assist with timekeeping (Kronos) entries if required.
- Assist in travel arrangements (air tickets and hotels booking).
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Coordinate with accounts department regarding expense approvals.
- Assist managers in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Organize and schedule appointments and interviews.
- Write and distribute email correspondence related to general communication.
- Provide guidance to janitors on daily tasks.
- Send/ receive all documents and non-documents packages via courier.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV HSE policies and procedures.
Education, Experience, Qualifications and Competencies
- Diploma or bachelor's degree with prior experience in administrative support/ receptionist.
- Minimum 1 year experiences.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner and eager to take on new challenges.
