No experience / No degreeOur client is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant out of their location in Edison, NJ! This individual will be in direct support of the Technical, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) Departments, performing administrative duties including party planning and meeting setup, inputting inventory count data, document uploading, and oversight of action items assigned to employees. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant may assist with KPI report generation as needed. A successful candidate has excellent client skills, is able to balance the workload demands of various projects, prioritize tasks, and can complete their work with a high level of quality, on time while exceeding expectations. Additionally, successful candidates possess a professional demeanor, are detail-oriented, can handle pressure and stressful situations, are impeccably organized and can anticipate the needs of those they support.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Update KPI data and generate reports
2. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
3. Upload documentation into Documentum database and other systems.
4. Oversee Action Item modification and deadlines with plant personnel.
5. Coordinate internal meetings and parties, including food service, room setup, etc.
6. Prepare reports and presentations.
7. Other duties to be determined at later time.

Education and Certifications:
High School Diploma required.
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of prior administrative experience required, preferably at large organizations.
