No experience / No degreeWe are recruiting for HR Coordinator for our client, a multinational company with various subsidiaries. This is a permanent role based in Perth CBD. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in providing administrative support across various human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance and benefits. The role requires a highly organized individual with a strong ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality while supporting HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and coordinating preemployment checks.
- Prepare offer Letters and employment contracts.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated, including conducting orientations.
- Serve as the First point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with resolving HR related issues.
- Develop, prepare and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain HR databases and Systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in payroll processing by providing timely updates on employee status changes (New hires, terminations, etc).
- Coordinate leave management including tracking annual leave, and other absences.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to HR Metrics such as turnover, employee satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to employee information and company policies.
- Track employee participation in training and ensure completion of mandatory programs.
- Collecting and analysing facts about newsworthy events.
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in media relations and marketing strategy.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
