Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administrative Assistant with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth office operations and effective management of day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence for executives or teams.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage events, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Expense Management: Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Office Organization: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure overall office organization and efficiency.
- Onboarding & Office Operations: Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the office environment.
- Communication Management: Manage internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks, deliverables, and inquiries.
- Proactive Task Management: Take on miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities proactively with minimal supervision, demonstrating the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in administrative support or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
