We are currently seeking a Commercial Department Assistant, to join our Commercial team based in Barcelona

As Commercial Department Assistant you will coordinate the development of pre-qualification responses, support the Proposals process and manage the Commercial Databases within our organisation. You will be also actively interfacing with Clients and other Technip Energies entities or representatives.
You will be actively contributing to the Company strategy by producing a winning proposition to our Clients.

About You:
Working within the Commercial Team in Barcelona and within the world-wide organization, to contribute with the following activities:
- To coordinate the Commercial Databases, enabling data management for Proposals, reporting and follow-up activities.
- To interface with Customers, both through the digital portals and in their requests or calls, by receiving the opportunities and addressing them towards the Commercial Organization as requested.
- To keep the Proposal Document System properly organized and support, when requested, the Proposal Team to produce the proposals according to this system.
- To support, when needed, the Proposal Team to produce the proposals with the appropriate presentation, tools and type of documents.
- To support the Pre-qualification Processes to achieve the qualification to participate in the selected opportunities.
- To organise meetings with Clients and internally and notably the Proposal Gating meeting, involving Technip Energies management.
- To interface with the rest of Technip Energies Organization world-wide as needed, and particularly with the Commercial Organization which involves Business Lines and other Operating Centres.
Requisitions:
- A Qualification Degree, preferably in business administration or international commerce.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. Relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, energy transition fields or engineering will be appreciated.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages, like French and Italian, will be a plus.
- Proven understanding of Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Understanding of data management tools and conversion of those data to a comprehensive reporting like Power BI or other digital systems.
- Understanding of Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools, ideally in the Salesforce environment.
