This position reports to
Senior Engineering Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to prepare, distribute, and store accurate and timely customer and supplier documents for projects as per the company's/project's procedures. Each day, you will ensure effective version control and status tracking. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting colleagues with advice and guidance on documentation control issues. The work model for the role is: Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division. You will be mainly accountable for: Managing documentation and ensuring they are retained in compliance with the company's/project's procedures, including format, receipt, registration, number, filing, recovery, and the issue of documents. Assisting in the preparation of the project document list, periodically updating and issuing the document list, as well as preparing and updating progress reports. Contributing to process enhancements related to document management and applying the document management system efficiently. Qualifications for the role
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required, with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience
