Sr Administrative Assistant - Washington DC

As a Sr Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our Advanced Materials. You will be accountable for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and handling various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the smooth operation of the business unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage calendars and schedule meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents
• Assist with organizing and coordinating events and meetings
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

YOU MUST HAVE
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• 3+ years of administrative experience
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
