Region NCE > Customer Project Execution, NCE > Document Controlling Central, East
Vestas Northern & Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, and Benelux. We handle Sales, Project, Installation, and Service of wind farms in these regions, striving to be the top-performing business unit within Vestas and the best place to work.
The Construction Department manages wind farm projects from contract signing to final testing, ensuring projects stay on budget and schedule while meeting safety and quality standards. They collaborate with logistics, procurement, finance, Sales, and Legal Departments to maximize energy yield within client specifications.
The Document Controlling department oversees all documentation within construction, providing project-specific as-built documentation to customers and enabling internal departments like Service to access these documents.

Expected travel: approximately 10 travel days per year

- Participating in project core teams
- Identifying customer documentation requirements, including scope, delivery time, format, and country-specific needs
- Attending customer meetings
- Supporting the creation, management, and administration of documentation according to regulations and contractual agreements for all installed wind turbines
- Providing motivated and collaborative support to the project team
- Ensuring the financial completion of projects
- Complying with relevant regulations and contractual agreements
Qualifications
- Commercial or technical education
- Experienced in a similar role
- Experience working in an international environment
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
