We are looking for a dedicated Technical Document Controller to join Northern Europe's largest construction project. Function description

As a Technical Document Controller, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the technical, legal, and regulatory documentation for the vessels and equipment used in the marine installation scope of the project. You will collaborate with technical staff, Technical Superintendents, the Bridge team, the Engine room team, suppliers, subcontractors, and other subdepartments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Maritime Studies, or project management.
• Proven experience as a Document Controller, ideally in the offshore or maritime industry.
• Experience with vessel ownership/management is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in document management software, with a good understanding of MS Office and PDF management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fully conversant in English, both verbally and in writing.
