Role Summary:
Successful candidate will provide strategic interface between Subsurface and Operations departments focusing on near and longer-term production opportunities. This role will report to General Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
Support would be provided as follows:
- Focus on maximising growth of near term and longer-term production
- Identifying and maximising opportunities to increase produced water injection in the long term
- Drive and facilitate delivery of the PWRI expansion projects via integration with Concept, Projects, Operations and Subsurface teams
- Build capability in waterflood and injection management within through training, mentoring and coaching support for the Engineers.
- Review long term plan and advise leadership on potential opportunities / challenges
- Identify potential new technologies which could be utilised in field to maximise production and increase efficiency of wells and workover activities in field.
- Providing a key interface role between Subsurface and Operations departments
- Attend GM monthly production & injection meeting
- Visit injection facilities on a regular basis and provide feedback
- College degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Extensive experience in interacting with different levels in organization
- Ability to work and deliver within a high-pressure work environment with short deadlines
- Very strong English & Communication Skills
- An ability and motivation to lead and foster collaboration between departments
- Strong computer skills (MS office)
