Our client is a top 100 world company. They are recruiting a Business Support Officer, ideally with a strong understanding of commercial operations related to import and export particularly in dealings with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers.
This position provides vital support to the trading operations of the Chemicals Division at Company. The Business Support Officer should accurate and efficient processing of administrative, shipping, invoicing, and financial tasks. A key focus is on the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable using SAP and supporting systems.

Qualifications:
- A tertiary qualification in International Trade or a related field is an advantage.
- Completion of a Business Administration course and/or an appropriate import/export documentation course is preferred.
Post Qualification Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or administration experience supporting a General Manager and/or a team.
- Prior experience using SAP Accounts system, especially for invoice processing and account management, is highly desirable.
- Commercial experience that includes some exposure to trading, importing and/or exporting activities is an advantage.
- Experience in using Microsoft 365 and Office Suite with particular emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel.
