Finance Admin Hub The Finance Admin Hub plays a pivotal role in supporting the WH Finance Hub Manager by ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of administrative and operational tasks within the Finance Hub. This position is responsible for managing internal communications, planning and executing corporate events, coordinating GBS visits, and providing direct support to the Finance leadership team. Additionally, the role oversees asset management, budget tracking, and purchase processes through SAP, while also facilitating the onboarding experience for new hires and serving as the main point of contact for Finance employees' administrative needs. Key Responsibilities:Administrate and support daily operationsCoordinate internal communicationsPlan and execute internal corporate events and team activitiesProvide direct administrative support to the Finance leadership teamOrganize and manage GBS visits and logisticsFacilitate onboarding and integration of new hiresTrack expenses, manage assets, and handle purchases through SAPAct as the central point of contact for internal and external communicationsSupport Finance employees with administrative requests and needs
