HR Lifecycle Specialist

We have an opening for an HR Lifecycle Specialist in our team, who can act as the face of HR to all employees. We are looking for the right person to complete the amazing team we already have in place.

Employee Relations & HR Support:
Assist in managing daily HR activities and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
Support in addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution in alignment with company policies.
Facilitate and support engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

HR Compliance & Policies:
Ensure to comply with the Labor law and policies when performing your day-to-day activities.
Ensure local execution of processes is aligned with ENI HQ processes. Actively support the new overall organization to drive its success, aligning team contributions with company objectives.

Compensation & Benefits Administration:
Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate employee data entry and updates in HR systems.
Assist in administering compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
Provide employees with information on benefits, policies, and entitlements.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions
Ensure new hires are properly set up in HR systems and provided with all necessary resources.
Conduct exit interviews and document feedback for the continuous improvement.
Create Purchase Requisition
Conducting an onboarding and induction meetings with new employees
Compliance checks (references, VOG, conflicts of interest and anti-corruption)

HR Systems, Requests & Reporting:
Manage HR tickets and requests through available systems (e.g., AskHR if implemented).
Maintain employee records and personal data changes in HR ERP systems (e.g., SuccessFactors and/or Oracle).
Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and support reporting on key HR metrics
Monitor and signal trends in employee request and act upon these proactively suggestion solutions.

Employee Lifecycle & Development:
Assist in managing employee life cycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and contract changes.

Absence & Health Case Management:
Support absence tracking and illness case management, ensuring compliance with reintegration processes.
Work closely with occupational health organisations to facilitate return-to-work strategies.

Required competencies/Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of Dutch labour law, social and tax law
  • SuccessFactors and/or SAP experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Dutch and English language
