Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized system for document management, ensuring the secure storage, easy access, and retrieval of technical documents.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a document controller, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Register, track, and maintain incoming and outgoing documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, procedures, manuals, and other project-related documents.
- Preparing and submission of RFI's, CVI's and other formal letters related to project requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of design revisions, material specifications, progress reports, and other technical documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineers, material engineers, and the technical coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of information and documentation.
- Monitor and track the receipt of documents from contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of document submissions, approvals, and outstanding items.
Responsibilities
- Manage Site Offices for ASCC and Consultants and Client
- All Submittals from ASCC and Subcontractors
- Ensuring all Logs are updated weekly by both ASCC and Subcontractors
- Letters for Projects
- Arranging coordination for all NOC's from various Authorities
- Weekly Progress Report Coordination and issue to GAJ
- Arrange for Drivers for Documents to be delivered or collected from various offices like: GAJ, Al Quoz, RAK, etc.
- Intake of all Subcontractors Material Samples and Document submittals
- Dealing with any Consultant and/or Client requests
- Keeping timesheets and records to accounts
- Dealing with and answering all mails from Consultants and Subcontractors
- Filing and recording weekly MOM for meetings.
- All Project Documents filing
- Raising PR's for Project
- Managing Petty Cash for Project
- Managing site staff on site such as: Teaboy, Nurse, Driver, etc.
- Shopping for Project Offices Welfare facilities
- Keeping records of all Project Staff Vacation Tracker
- Updating weekly Trackers for Project including Authorities and NOC's
- Scanning and Photocopy works for ASCC Staff and Consultants and Client
- Keeping track of all Stationery required for site offices
- Administration work for projects
