To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 1 year career experience partnered with a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Document Controller to join our team, based in Dubai.
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Technical knowledge of the Document Control System and processes.
- Experience planning, allocating and evaluating workloads to meet project requirements through effective time management skills.
- Detail-orientated skills.
- Adaptable to change.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to use initiative and provide practical solutions to complex issues and proposing areas for continual improvement.
- Encourage teamwork to develop and maintain an effective team environment.
- Manage and maintain all marketing documents, ensuring proper organization, version control, accurate labeling, and secure storage in line with KEO standards.
- Track and archive marketing materials, including projects, proposals, and presentations, ensuring full compliance for internal audits.
- Provide daily administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team, including document preparation, formatting, calendar management, meeting coordination, and general office tasks.
- Support event coordination by handling logistics, documentation, vendor communication, bookings, and maintaining all event-related records.
- Process and monitor invoices, purchase orders, vendor records, and payment status, liaising with Finance and Procurement for timely approvals.
