This Position reports to:
IS Country Manager Germany

The work model for the role is: hybrid/ #LI-Hybrid

Key responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for ERP Finance and Controlling processes, in IS Cluster Germany/Austria/Slovenia, ensuring daily business, projects and change processes. In addition, to make sure that all compliance processes are kept and up to date in IS area.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Defines, in close consultation with the Business Areas, Countries and Regions, an appropriate organizational structure to support execution of the business's strategies, aligned with the corporate goals, imperatives and guidelines.
• Establishes, maintains, and communicates the organization's strategy for managing information and the policies, standards, procedures, and methods necessary to implement the strategy in the department of responsibility.
• Responsible for the definition, maintenance and implementation of specific frameworks, processes, and models for the area of responsibility and the management of the lifecycles of all managed assets
• Manages individuals and/or groups and allocates responsibilities and packages of work
• Provides coaching and support and delegates responsibilities where possible, to achieve corporate objectives.

You will lead a team of high experienced internal and external consultants and be the counterpart for local and global businesses.

Qualifications for the role

• At least 5-years experiences in similar field with experience in project Mgmt
• Sound Knowledge of SAP ERP and interested to learn all needed knowledge for S/4 HANA
• Know-how in Installation of company projects and policies (Like SOX)
• A collaborative, solutions and customer service-oriented approach and strong written and communications skills for these part
• A degree in business science or similar
• Fluency in English
