Job Purpose

The role ensures compliance with contract terms, supports project teams with contractual interpretation, manages variation claims, and maintains proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Review, interpret, and administer contracts and service agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations from both contractor and client sides.
  • Develop and maintain contract registers, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and obligations.
  • Monitor contract performance and highlight risks, deviations, or potential breaches.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and process variations, change orders, and amendments.
  • Support in the development of claims and counterclaims with proper documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices, variation requests, and contractual notices.
  • Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Support internal and external audits related to contract activities.
  • Deep understanding of contract terms, conditions, and commercial obligations.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, service-level agreements, and pricing structures.

Expected:
  • 15+ years of contract administration experience, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas O&M projects.
  • Strong understanding of EPC, O&M, and service contracts in the energy sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; SAP/Oracle/Maximo ERP knowledge is an advantage.
