Job Responsibilities:
- Registration of all incoming/ outgoing engineering and supplier documentation in internal and external databases
- Verification of all technical documentation regarding e.g. doc.no , title and revision
- Distribution of documentation followed by a transmittal generated in ProArc according to current distribution matrix
- Establishment of relevant routines and processes within the contract
- Establishment of relevant guidelines according to start-up document for Technical Information
- Producing reports e.g. overdue- and look-ahead reports
- Copying and scanning of documents
- Giving assistance to PRE in BCM and kick-off with suppliers
- Participate in the development and improvement of internal processes.
Required Education:
- Preferably college
High school is accepted if the candidate has relevant experience
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Technical documentation) from projects in the oil & gas sector
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in ProArc, Microsoft Office and project support systems
- Flexible and open to input
- Able to communicate well in writing and orally in English and Norwegian
- Be proactive and result-oriented
- Structured, accurate and able to work independently in a hectic everyday life
- Understand the necessity of correct documentation at the right time
- Understanding of project implementation methods and the information flow in an EPC project
Duration

• Planned end date: 31/12/2027
Work Location:
- Haugesund, 5 days week
