Short description

Are you the organized, solutions‑driven professional who enjoys managing both daily office operations and international events?

Function description

  • Organize and execute international exhibitions, trade shows and client events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate booth design, logistics, travel arrangements and on‑site event support.
  • Develop creative event materials and brand experiences in collaboration with marketing.
  • Maintain a well‑organized, welcoming and efficient office environment.
  • Manage supplies, facilities, vendors and practical daily operations.
  • Support management with planning, reporting and internal communication.
  • Anticipate team needs and help solve day‑to‑day challenges to keep operations running smoothly.


Requirements

  • HBO-level thinking and at least 3 years of experience in office or event management.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels.
  • Flexible, adaptable and willing to travel internationally when needed.
  • Experience in the Energy sector is a plus.
