What you will be doing:
- Managing, organising and maintaining project documents to ensure information is accurate, accessible and controlled.
- Supporting and training team members so document control processes are understood and followed.
- Uploading, updating and distributing documents using EDMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Ensuring compliance with client, internal and external document control standards.
- Supporting Health & Safety documentation, ensuring only approved versions are in circulation.
- Tracking and reporting document progress, including reviews, approvals and KPIs.
- Assisting with As-Built information, O&M manuals and handover documentation.
- Providing general project admin support, including bookings, meetings and event coordination.
- Contributing to charity and fundraising initiatives with the project team.
What you will bring:
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident stakeholder management and the ability to influence, challenge and collaborate
- Ability to work independently in site-based environments
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise busy workloads
- A proactive mindset - spotting problems before they happen and driving better ways of working
- Commitment to continual learning, development, and raising standards
- 2+ years' document control experience
- Construction or site-based experience
- Full driving licence
- O&M / Handover knowledge
- BIM awareness
