Hamad International Airport is currently in the look out for a Senior Document Controller who will be handling all the Document Handling activities for the whole department including all projects handled by the Capital Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects and document control for the Project Management Team
• Prepare Tender invitation and distribute tender documentation
• Responsible in managing different document collaboration software such as Auto desk , Share point , E doc , Aconex
• Organize and maintain all document registers in an effective manner
• Keep a track of submitted document transmittals

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school qualification / Vocational qualification/ Diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years of Job related experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent with minimum 1 years of job related experience
• Previous experience in E Doc, Share point , Auto desk and Aconex
• Competent in the usage of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
