Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal customers. You will also showcase your proficiency by providing efficient support services. You will also showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid



This role is contributing to the Automation Marine & Ports division


Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Maintaining and updating Master data, providing support for the creation and updating new Items in ERP SAP with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Processing and managing orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry, proper documentation, and alignment with commercial policies, Billing process and ensuring timely processing, generation information and reporting, coordinating with the finance department at month-end.
  • Managing supply documentation to ensure on-time receipt of goods in ERP SAP in coordination with the buyer and Project Managers.
  • Preparing, organizing, and maintaining documentation, evidence, and records to present with the Fiscal area, ensuring compliance, traceability, and adherence to procedural standards.
  • Support operations teams with the finance analysis related the sales order backlog, trade receivables and cost analysis in the orders.



Qualifications for the role


  • 3 years of experience in order administration, operations, supply chain support, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft office and good Excel skills, Data base Management.
  • Order management experience
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Coordination between departments (sales, operations, finance, Supply chain).
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent in English - Conversational & Written
