Qualifications
- Lead and administer the day-to-day activities of the department; assist in developing new trends, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation
- Supervise subordinates' work, provide necessary guidance, and review their work to ensure expected results are achieved demonstrating leadership skills
- Prepare customized reports on a regular basis as required by management and review those prepared by subordinates to ensure accuracy
- Ensure the safe upkeep and regular update of records
- Ensure proper implementation of procedures and recommend enhancements
- Communicate ideas for improving department & company processes with a positive and constructive attitude and for developing this attitude in other colleagues
- Assist in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects, as appropriate
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance and training
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Coordinate and supervise administrative staff; provide training and guidance
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and policies
- Handle complex inquiries and escalated issues from stakeholders
- Evaluate and improve office processes and workflows

- Bachelor's Degree in Administration Management, or equivalent Certification in office management or related area preferred (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional, Certified Office Manager)
- Minimum 06 years' experience in similar roles & industries
